Econova is renowned for its rapid delivery service. Most of our SIC TECH® orders consist of custom-sized elements, ranging from 3/8" to 3" in diameter (10 to 75 mm), with overall lengths that can extend up to 228 inches (5,800 mm). Our flexible manufacturing schedule ensures that custom orders are typically shipped within one to two weeks of receiving the order, often even sooner.
SIC TECH® molybdenum disilicide heating elements are available in five diameters. Typically, the cold end is twice the diameter of the hot zone. The available diameters in millimeters are: 3/6, 4/9, 6/12, 9/18, and 12/24. Small quantity orders can be manufactured and shipped within 1 to 2 days after receipt. Larger orders can be shipped within 1 to 2 weeks, or sooner in case of an emergency.
SIC TECH® heating elements are manufactured to industry-standard resistance values and sizes. Each element undergoes a 100% inspection before shipping to ensure that both physical and electrical characteristics meet the highest standards. SIC TECH® heating elements are calibrated at 1,960ºF (1,070ºC).
